To upload images to flatpress blog is very easy.
Just login to your blog click uploader tab and upload the file.That’s it you are done.see the image below

now come back to ‘ write entry ‘ tab and check the image below.Its easy to add an image.

Just click the last ‘ drop box ‘ which shows the list of all the images uploaded and just select the appropriate one. and you are done.You will get a code of your uploaded image automatically in your ‘ write entry ‘ area.
For example img=images/your-uploaded-image.jpg
And you are done.

In a similar fashion you can add files to flatpress blog,but the problem is( if you are using 110mb) you must have a larger space for file hosting.Better if you upgrade.:)
